ABOUT CERA: Clubview + EXTENTIONS Residents Association
THE COMMUNAL VOICE & LEGAL ENTITY OF CLUBVIEW RESIDENTS by RESIDENTS, BUSINESSES & PROPERTY OWNERS.
CERA is a non profit organisation funded by residents & local businesses to represent the community of Clubview, protecting resident’s interests, the community and bring visible upliftment.
CERA IS FOUNDED ON COLLECTIVE EFFICACY
A self-reinforcing foundation of active citizen engagement and trust that pro-actively improves a neighbourhood as community.
OBJECTIVES:
- Protecting the interests of residents of Clubview and Extensions, by taking action in this regard as deemed necessary.
- Assist the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality in the care, improvement, and development of the municipal area, especially Clubview.
- Collaborating with other body corporates and associations, ward committees, and similar local bodies in adjoining areas.
- Deliver independent, supportive, or joint representations to the City of Tshwane, Provincial authorities, SAPS, CPF, and other relevant bodies in connection with matters affecting Clubview.
- Promote community safety, environmental care, responsible development, and neighbourly coöperation.
All CERA communications sent via these groups, hence the importance of joining. Groups are strictly monitored to remove clutter and keep it effective.

Annualy the Clubview community gathers at the AGM to nominate and elect fellow residents to serve on the CERA committee, a team of passionate volunteers dedicated to making our neighbourhood a better place for everyone.
CERA committee meet monthly to address important issues, plan local projects, and launch initiatives that uplift our environment and improve daily life in Clubview. Through teamwork, communication, and fundraising, we rally together to get “all hands on deck” for the benefit of Clubview.
