GROUP PURPOSE:

• This is a residents association and community forum for Clubview residents.
• It serves as a platform for sharing information and supporting residential interests & initiatives within the community.

POPIA & PRIVACY NOTICE:

• This group operates in alignment with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
• By joining, you acknowledge and consent that your phone number, name, and any information you voluntarily share will be visible to other members.
• Residents/Group Members may not collect, store, share, or use any personal information from this group for purposes outside the group without explicit consent.
• No member may add others to groups, marketing lists, or use contact details without permission.

CERA FUNCTION:

• CERA liaises where possible to support community interests, initiatives, funds etc. as registered NPO see CERA.ORG.ZA
• CERA encourages community initiatives but is not accountable for all projects unless explicitly stated.
• Members are responsible for exercising due diligence to avoid scams, misinformation, or unlawful activities.

DONATIONS & CONTRIBUTIONS:
Community support, leadership, and initiatives are encouraged.
All contributions are voluntary. Members should verify requests independently.

ADMIN ROLE & LIMITATION:

• Admins and committee members facilitate communication but are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or outcomes of content shared by Residents/Group Members.
• Participation in this group is voluntary and at your own discretion.

CONDUCT & RULES:
Please treat all residents, admins, and volunteers with respect.
CERA Admins may remove content or members that:

• Share false, misleading, or harmful information
• Attack or defame individuals
• Promote unauthorised advertising, solicitation, politics, or religion
• Disrupt the purpose or harmony of the group
• No advertisements allowed. Please use designated groups.
• No sharing of screenshots or forwarding content to create conflict.
• DATA PROTECTION:
• No private or commercial use/sharing of Residents/Group Members information is allowed.
• Do not share personal or sensitive information of others without consent.

EXIT & REMOVAL:
Residents/Group Members may exit at any time.
Admins reserve the right to remove individuals who do not adhere to these guidelines.

COMMUNITY SPIRIT:
Be a *lekker* neighbour.
Other Clubview groups may be shared for COMMUNITY interest.
